Personally, I have always made technology my hobby. The first computer that I was introduced to was the AN-FSQ7 that was installed in North Bay, Ontario for Norad. That computer was in operation for decades and it taught me how to debug a problem. Not to guess, but to actually figure out the problem.
I have worked in hardware/software support for companies like IBM, HP, EMC and a few of the lesser known companies. Customer support and solving technical problems are my speciality. Just like Sherlock Holmes solves a mystery.
That brings us to today's technologies. WiFi, VoIP, Lans, Firewalls and more. If you have dealt with other technology companies, they will guess at trying to fix things. We actually take the time to figure out the problem and then explain it to you in terms you understand.
All of our customers come to us via word of mouth and that is some of the best flatery.
As an aside, we get to work on specialized sports events such as World Cup Ski Racing, Bike Races, and even Professional Hockey All Star Games.
